How much data is used transferring photos from iphone to mac by wifi

Our app does not use any data from your cell phone plan because it uses the wifi connection to connect and not the 3G network. You can use our Mac app to transfer your photos to your computer:

Hi Alison, ... Besides using only WiFi and not 3G , or 4G to transfer, ... It ONLY uses your own router connection. Not a public WiFi connection.
(as long as you make sure you're not connected to any public WiFi Hot-Spot)

So not only is it free to transfer by using your own internal routers connection, it's also totally private, just going thru your home router and the devices attached to it.

Hi again Alison, ... I just noticed your statement "...I can't get an IP address..."

Have you tried connecting at home, thru your home router?
