Dear David,

Thanks for posting your question here I will be happy to help you.

As of right now Apple does not provide a way to send complete albums of photos. As of now, you can only transfer multiple photos/videos.

To select multiple photos to upload from computer to your iDevice you need to press the 'Ctrl' key on windows or the 'Apple' key on mac as you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer. Pressing this key will allow you to select and transfer multiple photos at one time.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Amber

Dear Nick,

Thanks for posting your question here. I will be happy to help you.

Are the videos in a .MOV format? Where they taken with an iDevice or something else? One way to tell is to transfer them to your computer first and check the extension file (filename.mov <- for example).

Also, it could depend on the length/size of the video you are trying to transfer. Do you receive any error message when attempting to transfer videos that where sent to your from others to another iDevice?

Kind Regards,

Amber

Dear Carol,

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

What program are you using to view your photos? Note that if you are viewing your photos on the web browser some pictures will not be rotated the proper way.

This is because the browser can't detect the proper rotation. To solve this please use the 'Download all photos as zip file' and then open your photos with a image viewing software on your computer.

Have you unzipped your files already ?

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other question.

Kind regards,

Dear Pino,

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Did you tap on send -> (chose computer) -> Select photos & videos -> from there your library should launch and you should be able to select photos/videos to transfer?

You could try closing out the app and relaunching it and as well, relaunching the webpage to see if you still get the same issue and try your transfer again. Let me know if you still get 0 photos.

Also, as a note, our app only allows the transfer of JPG, GIF or PNG formats.

Thanks!

Kind Regards,

Dear Patricia,

Thanks for posting your question here I will be happy to help you.

Are your photos in a JPG, GIF or PNG format? Did you modify the photos in anyway? Also what direction are you trying to transfer?

If the app hangs on transferring I would recommend that you close the app out and relaunch it to see if you still get the same problem. You can also try force quitting the app and relaunching it. To force quit the app simply double tap on the home button, hod your finger over the transfer app and hit the red (-). Then relaunch the app again to see if you still get the same issue.

Please let me know if this helps!

Kind Regards,

Amber

Dear Pete,

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Are all your photos in a JPG, GIF or PNG format? Our app only allows those formats in order to transfer, so if they are in something different then they will not transfer. Make sure you keep the app launched on both devices when attempting to transfer.

Dear Alice,

Thanks for contacting us. I will be more then happy to help you.

The iPhone and iPad have their own naming systems that we can't control. Basically, we use a programming interface provided by Apple to save photos and videos. Then, the 'Photos' app assigns a new name to each photo. We can't choose the name of the photos or videos, they are assigned sequentially to each photo and video. We simply use the names assigned by Apple to each photo. Once the photos are on your computer after a transfer then you can rename them as you would like.

I hope this helps!

Dear Dave,

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Our app allows you to transfer from iDevice to computer and visa versa. When you transfer from your computer to iDevice, you need to select which folder to transfer your pictures from. So as long as you can access your SD card from your computer (the respective folder) then you can transfer from your SD card using our app.

Otherwise there isn't a direct link between SD card to iPad. You have to transfer/copy the photos from your SD to your computer and then transfer from computer to your iPad.

We have a great tutorial that shows you how to transfer from computer to iPad here: http://phototransferapp.com/help/ipad...

I hope this helps!
