iPod touch (4th gen): No "Receive from Android" button

Thorsten Schneider 12 years ago updated 12 years ago 3
My iPod touch isn't capable of receiving photos from an Android device, because there is no "Receive from Android" button on iOS (latest version is installed). What can I do?
Hello Thorsten,

I will be happy to help you.

It is the same process as transferring from Android to Android or Android to idevice. The button itself does not have "Android" on it but you would still select "send to another device (iphone or ipad)". We are currently working on an update for this so it is less confusing :)

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Kind Regards,

Amber, can you help? Directions are saying to click on a "receive" button. I do NOT see anything that says receive
Hello Mara,

Yes, I will be happy to help :)

As of right now the app doesn't include "Android" in the description it's still the same process to transfer. So you would tap on "receive" from "Another device". This should allow you to receive from/to devices :)

Also make sure you are on version 2.5.1 of our app for Android!

Please let me know if this helps!

Best,
