Transferring to one ipad4 to another ipad4

Cannot transfer photo from one ipad to another both on same version, both same internet connection but one says cannot find any albums on the other but they are there! Checked all privacy and transfer settings, they are the same. Working one shows transfer app in privacy but the other does not?

When you first installed our app, did you allow our app authorization to access your photos? I would like to recommend that you double check to make sure you have allowed authorization for our app to access your photos.

If you are on iOS5 please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON. For iOS6 and higher the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app and try again.

If you continue to have problems, please uninstall and reinstall the app and let me know if that works :)
