Can you select wired/USB transfer versus wifi?
I have massive video files that don't need to be wirelessly transferred. Seems to be a simple option to allow larger bandwidth transfers to happen over USB.

Thank you for sending us your inquiry on the forum, I will be happy to assist you with our app!
Our app does transfer videos over a wifi network, however, we recommend for large videos ( those over a gig or more ) to hook up the USB cable and sync them via iTunes to your computer. We suggest this because large video files may take a while to transfer over a wifi network and as a result, could ping out or timeout your transfer which will result in it not transferring over successfully.
We don't have control over the bandwidth transfers over USB as that has to do directly with your device and Apple's software :)
Please let me know if you have any other questions about our app!

What I want to know is why can't i use your app to transfer files using direct USB?
If you app doesn't do this, then i suggest you get your developers to sort this out. If you do not have plans to make this INCREDIBLY simply add to your app, then I would like to know how to get my money back.
Thanks so much!
Thanks for your comment and sorry for not getting back to you earlier. This is Enrique, one of the developers of the app. Unfortunately Apple does not provide any way for developers to access data via the USB cable, we really wish they added support for USB transfers but currently that is something that Apple keeps for themselves and out of reach for developers. We hope that they will change this on iOS8 or sooner but we will have to wait.
Please let me know if you have other questions or comments.
Kind regards,
Enrique
