MAC CAN'T "DISCOVER" IPAD ON VALID WIFI NET!

loaded photo transfer on both ipad v.7.0.4 and mac v. 10.9.1. mac will not "discover" my ipad. my home, private wi-fi works fine for every other app except yours. what gives?!

When you attempt to discover your device on your network, what happens? Are you getting an error message? If so, what is it exactly?

I would like to recommend that you please close out our app, relaunch it on your iPad and then please try to rediscover your device on your Mac. Just to clarify, you are using our desktop app for Mac?

Sometimes it takes a few attempts to discover your device on a network. Make sure that you do not have anything streaming like skype and that you are as close to your wifi router as possible to ensure a strong connection.
