Unable to transfer videos to computer

I am unable to transfer videos from my iPad to my computer. They show up as a photo instead of a video. Could anyone tell me how to get the videos I took from my iPad to my computer?

Just to clarify, you took all the videos you are trying to transfer with your iPad? and is it only these videos that won't transfer over? Are you able to play them on your device?

What method are you using to transfer your videos? Are you using our free desktop app or are you using the web browser to transfer your videos?
