Hi, i have the pt app on both my iphone and ipad2. It starts on the iphone but i cant close down the welcome page on e ipad. The x in the top corner is not displayed hence i cant start the app. Anyone know how to get round this issue?

Have downloaded the App onto my ipad but I can't get any further than the introduction pages. Not sure if it has loaded fully.

I am using Transfer v 4.0 and MBP v 10.7.5. My problem is I am not able to transfer videos from mac to iPad 2/iphone 4. It gives an error saying:
Ouch. An error occurred when trying to save an asset. Technical description: 'Write Failed". The asset may not be compatible with this device. However, before this version 4.0 I had transferred 50% of the same video successfully. Is it version update problem or length of video problem? (video is of about 18mb).
Please help.

Why doesn't stop this indroducing?

Not able to get past welcome screen after install to iPad 2, running OS 4 final version.

The screen is grayed out and not responsive, other than being able to flip back and forth through the welcome screen 5 intro pages which are not grayed out.

Much appreciate any help in figuring this out so that I can use the app.

Down load on my iPad 1 does not function. All I get is the introductory instructions and it is locked as to all other functions. Functionality Does seem to work on my iPhone 4s however. I have tried to delete the app on my ipad and then reload it but get the same result

I am connecting from a mac osx machine to an ipad 1 (first generation). Although there are many albums, I cannot see them in the mac application (like I can on a "ipad 4". I cannot create an album or upload at all,

Using the browser solution brings another issue, since one of the buttons say "Save to album: Please refresh this page" (in red)...

The app never discovers my iPad on same wi-fi network. When try to do it on the web, Aperture is greyed out so I can't access the photos. I've tried all the hints & tips - now giving up as a lost cause.
