Not Able to Find iPhone
Have iPhone 5s with app and the helper app on Windows 8.1 Pro w/Media Center. Cannot find any devices even when I enter the IP address of the phone manually. I'm on the same wifi network at home. I can't access the phone via browser either. I have setup Windows Firewall to allow the Photo Transfer App. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Windows7 app stops responding in the middle of transferring videos from iPad4
I am trying to use your photo transfer app to transfer videos from my iPad4 with iOS7 to my windows 7 PC.
I have videos that are about 10-15 minutes long and the app seems to be timing out and stops responding about 70% of the way through the transfer.
I am able to transfer smaller files.
Are there any solutions for this?

Photo Transfer No Longer Transfers Photos
Worked great for a long time- quick, easy and efficient. However, it has suddenly stopped working correctly. Photo Transfer App will recognize my phone (iPhone 4s) and when I click on the device, there is no response, and no photos show up at all. Then, I get an error message that there was a problem communicating with the device. Not sure what the issue is, since I have used this app before without problems. Is there something I may have changed in my phone's settings that are not allowing the photos to transfer? Please help and thanks in advance.

Error - Loading Album Contents?!
I'm currently running OS 5.1.1 on an iPad 2 and using the most recent (4.7) version of the app as well as the Windows desktop app. I am able to detect my iPad over wifi and load a number of albums on the desktop app containing only one or two photos, however, if I attempt to load my camera roll or "all imported" I receive the following error message:
"Error - Load Album Contents. There was an error communicating with the device. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Photo TransfermApp on the device and that it is connected to the same wifi network."

Can I manually input my IP address into the Mac App?
When the Mac app can't find my iPhone on the auto discovery (e.g. my work blocks auto discovery somehow) but I can access my phone via the browser by typing in the IP address, I should also be able to type in the address into the Mac app as well.
The browser interface is limited as to what it can do (such as bulk transfer of videos), so it would be nice if I could circumvent the auto discovery to continue using the Mac app.

Transfer Playback Video Quality
I am able to transfer videos from IPAD to my PC, but when I play the file, saved to Itunes as a .mov, the playback is slow and then fast and not of the same quality as the original. Can this be corrected? Thanks

Not backing up whole albums
I'm having problems with your app. I turned on backup, and with a strong internet connection, (iPhone to PC), only 200/600 photos were backed up, and in random order. Yet it said on the PC that all of the photos had been backed up, but only a few were. I tried with another album: only 600/2200 photos were backed up, again in random order, again with the sign on the PC that the backup was complete. The photo transfer app on the iPhone appeared to be frozen. Please fix this problem- I paid money for your app and did not expect it to freeze. I was specificallytold that it could backup over 2000+ photos at once, which was the only reason why I brought it, and I am extremely disappointed that it does not work as you told me. Please help me to find a solution to this problem. It isn't a problem with the internet connection, and both the PC and iPhone were left on (without going to sleep etc) during the transfer, with only the Photo Transfer App running.
