Purchased upgrade but is not to be found
I purchased the upgrade but I cannot find upgraded app anywhere to install so still stuck with free version. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Cocoa error -1
iphone7 and two different iPad 3, suddenly getting the Cocoa error. Plenty of free memory, no extra programs running, paid for the upgrade to pro, and the same error message every time. Same images as usual, nothing changed. Turned off and back on all three devices.
If I upgrade one device do I have to upgrade the other device that I'm transferring to?
I have a Samsung that I'm transferring pictures to the iPad. Do I need to get the upgraded version on my iPad or my Samsung? Do I have to pay on the Samsung and the iPad? Or can I just pay on the Samsung and still be able to send unlimited photos to the iPad? How does that work?
