I just purchased the upgrade which said I could use it on all my devices, but that’s not working with my family sharing on my other Apple devices
Do you allow this app to be shared in Apple family sharing. I downloaded the purchase, but it’s still asking me to upgrade on other device.

Installation on windows desktop
I am getting error trying to install the app on windows 10 Pro desktop computer. “The application could not be installed. Try again. If error persists, contact the application author” Error# 0
.HEVC to .MOV Converter
Can you PLEASE find a way to convert the video files from the HEVC format to the native .MOV format?? Your converting the pictures, but not the videos.
App not transferring all photos
Tonight I tried to transfer I photo album From android to my iPhone. Of 33 pictures, only 18 were transferred. The app said something about URL not supported or somesuch nonsense. I just paid for the upgrade expecting to be able to transfer more than five pictures. But if I can’t get an entire album, then What good is the app?
