When trying to upgrade Photo Transfer from 2.0 to 4.0, I only get the "downloaded" choice in the app store menu.
What do I have to do?
Do I trash 2.0 and rebuy 4.0???
This is frustrating...

I can't get past the introductory pages. Can't click them away, so I can't access the content of the app.

Downloading video from Iphone4s to PC running Windows 7 64bit getting video but no sound (Progress bars : bottom empty Top progresses.} same on QuickTime Windows Media player and VLC player. On Pc running Vista 32 was getting sound but no video However that seems to be better now although sometimes video is only partial Uploading to Iphone seems to be working ok Any ideas?? router? or some incompatibility? or?

I can transfter videos to the iPad but they are sent to the camera folder instead of the video folder even though I select the video folder. Why??

I have connected a Windows vista PC to the ipad 3.

I get a message on bottom left saying Thumbnails loading and this has been running for hours.

I have 16,000 pictures in about 500 albums on the ipad and have a same copy on the PC.

Can the app cope with this and will the thumbnails actually stop any time.

I just downloaded photo transfer app to my ipad but i really just want to download my iphone 4 videos to my ipad. So do i need to pay and download this app again to my iphone to move videos fr there to my ipad?
If not then how do i move this app onto my iphone.bto ge started?

I edited the photos on my ipad (mostly cropping, but some other changes like contrast and saturation etc.), but when I transfer them to my MacBook Pro, the editing is stripped off. Your app download site says "Preserves photo metadata in all transfer directions." How do I keep my edited changes when I transfer the pictures from the Ipad to the MBP?

I am trying to transfer photos rom ipad to ipad both OS5. Both devices connects and shows up on both screens, when I select "get photos & videos' the receiving ipad comes up with a message " Error- there has been a problem loading the albums"
I pressed "OK" then "transfer" since I can see "1 photo and 0 video selected" on the top bar. The screen disappears on the receiving device and also on the sending device, but not pictures has been transfered.
Everything works fine when sending to a PC through the web browser.
Please help

My iPhone 4 wont allow me to "read" photos after I've gone into the Privacy>Photos>Then nothing except the 2 messages from Apple.
What am I doing wrong please? How do I get the Photo Transfer App On/Off to appear?

Hi, I'm trying to upload .mov files from an imac (10.8.2) to an ipad (6.0.1) using the official imac app and ipad app but the app on the ipad crashes each time. uploading photos is fine. any thoughts anyone?
