Hi, I'm trying to transfer videos from my computer to my iPad and I'm having problems. They all connect up ok on the same wifi network, I select the videos I want to transfer and it says it's transferring. Then just when it is about to complete the app crashes on the iPad and the video hasn't transferred. I tested it with my iPhone too and the same thing happened, the app crashed. How can I fix this?

I just downloaded the app on my iPhone and my iPad. I get the send receive screen on my phone but the app is stuck at the "thanks for installing photo transfer app" screen that is at the end of the welcome tutorial. I cannot get to the send receive screen on my iPad. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and this did not work.

Hello. I just downloaded Photo Transfer app on my iPhone 5 and iPad 3. The goal is to transfer video file in mp4 format from iPhone to iPad. I downloaded that file from PC to iPhone using app File Explorer. My iPhone could recognize iPad but it does not see my video file. It looks that it is looking only for Camera Roll or My Photo Sream but my video file likely in not expected location.
My question : how to fix it?

I've uploaded photos to my iPad 4 creating new folders with the uploads. The albums are not visible on the iPad however the photos are in Camera Roll. The albums show up in the Photo Transfer App as being on the iPad. How do I get to see them on the iPad? Or, how can I remove the albums on the device if I can't see them? I think the problem was creating albums with the uploading of the photos.

It took me a lot of time to find this :

When you import images from a PC (windows) to an IPad, it works fine, what ever the file name is. If I import a video file (.mov) I have a write error when TransferApp is saving the file, if a space is in the name of the file "xxx 12.mov". If I clean the name "12.mov", it works fine. This does not append for images (.JPEG).

My camera restarts the numbering on pictures each time the card is cleared. I migrated these pictures from a memory card to an iPad daily while on a trip. When I use the Photo Transfer App to transfer to Windows, the files that have the same name either get skipped or overwrite.

You should have an option to add a (#) to duplicate names.

I get to the point where it shows on the iPad the screen to tell me it is connected and on the Mac it finds my iPad but there I am stuck

I was wondering if there is a setting somewhere that lets you delete the files from your phone after they download to my mac to save space?

after downloading the phototransfer app to my ipad, the app appears frozen on the ipad. Icannot go anywhere except move back & forth from page 1 thru page 5. What is wrong? Ican transfer photoes from my windows computer to my I5 phone but not to my Ipad. HELP!
