I'm trying to transfer an iPad movie file to my PC. While downloading, the download progress bar reaches full complete, but it continues to say "downloading selected items..." forever. I've left it running for a couple hours and it still hasn't downloaded. My only thought is that the video file is large. Is there a limit on the size of file that will be transferred from the iPad to the PC? Is there anything I can do to solve this?

downloaded app to my Ipad. the tutoral does not haxe an X button to get off the screen like my Iphone did. How do you exit the tutorial?

It is possible to create a folder before to send the photos. Why not a sub folder ( a folder in a folder ) ?

It is easy to copy a file from a device to an other. Why is it impossible to transfer it (the file is to be deleted once copied) ?

I have tried to upload a movie from my Desktop Mac to my ipad 4. No matter how I try either from the app itself or via the internet the movie continues to upload (for 20 mins) and nothing happens except the spooling wheel. Please do not tell me I have the wrong codec. I have tried all formats. App will NOT upload. I want to get this fixed!!!!!!!!!!! I do not think I need to post a stupid sad face........

when you say "both devices need to be running transfer app" could you explain how pc runs this app? when i connect to web site all i get is this message.

I installed this app on my iPad, it gave me an introduction page, however I can't move on from this. Does anyone know what the problem is? Frustrating as I paid for the app, but cannot use it.

I have trouble transferring videos between devices. Selecting the other device works fine, but when selecting the option get videos, it reports: the sender device responded but does not have pictures to share... Select and try again. In reality I did select 1 video. If I select an additional picture it works fine but just for the pictures. Why doesn't it transfer video?
