Purchased the App and installed on Ipad2. I also have the app installed on Iphone1 and Ipad1. I can transfer from the Ipad2 to Ipad1. I would like to transfer from Iphone1 and Ipad1 to Ipad2. When I try Ipad2 asks for me to authorize the connection in order to receive. Ipad2 will send, but will not receive.
Ipad1 and Iphone1 work together just fine.

Can someone please tell me how can my boyfriend transfer photos and music from his Mac computer to my ipad we have been struggling to find a way. Both devices are using the same wi fi connection but the device is registered under each of our own names!

using photo transfer app on my macbook (snow leopard Mac OS 10.6.8), I can see my ipad mini and my ipod and all their photos. Why can't I upload photos from my macbook to my devices?

While on the macbook, I click the upload button, select a photo to upload, then at the bottom left hand side of the app screen it says ' uploading photos' but nothing happens (except the activity spinner spins). I have left it for several minutes but still nothing happens.

I can transfer photos between my ipod and my ipad mini successfully.

Can I also transfer videos from my iphone to my computer?? If so, is it the same procedure as to transfer photos?
And if I can't, is there any app you recommend that allows me to do so?

problem downloading Version 4 as an upgrade to version 2.0 on my ipad

Hi there. All works great with the app initially - my pc and iphone connect fine over the wireless network. However it doesn't seem to be working when it comes to getting the pictures up to select which ones to send from my phone to my pc. It says 'loading thumbnails' and there is the in-progress icon twirling away but I have left it more than half an hour several times, have come in and out of the app etc and no albums or images come up. I've tried through the desktop app and the web browser methods and neither work. I've probably got a couple of hundred pics on my camera roll but it says 'null' in the selected device album list. How long should it take for them to appear and is there any way you can advise on this? Thank you!
