If you are able to load the transfer page but the 'Upload' button is not there then I would suggest you to check that Flash is correctly installed on your computer. Please go to this link on your computer and try installing flash:

The app is a universal app so it runs on both your iPhone and your iPad. Basically, when you buy it on your iPhone or on your iPad, you can download it for FREE in the other device. You can download the app in one device and then sync with iTunes to get the app on both devices or you can simply download it from the app store directly on each device.
Don't worry, you will not get charged the second time you download the app in the other device. Apple knows that you already own the app, so it will treat it only as an update so you won't be charged (even though it says 'buy') as long as you use the same iTunes account in both devices.

Try to email a photo from the photo library to yourself for example. The people who have contacted us with a similar issue as you have reported that they can't email photos from their photo library either which means that somehow the data of their Photo Library photos is missing or corrupted.
I would also advice you to try the transfer again. Sometimes a network connection interruption can occur so trying it another time may help.

You can check this by going to the 'Settings' app, and then to 'General/About'. If your iPhone has version 3.1 then you should be able to install and use the app.

Did you try resetting your wifi router? Sometimes the router needs to be reset to refresh all connections. After you reset the router please join the network again from your computer and your device and try the transfer process again.
Here are other points to check if you continue having problems:
* Type the address exactly as it appears inside of the app including the 'http://' and ':8080' parts
* Try quitting the app, turning off wifi and turning it on again. Then, go back to the app and try the address again from your computer's web browser
* Make sure that you type the address directly on the address bar and not on the search bar.

Also, if you are using an Apple Extreme wifi router please make sure that you use the main account and not a guest account. The guest accounts are blocked from communicating with other devices on the network
