Transferred photos won't save to PC
Transferred photos from iphone won't save to PC. I right click on to Save Target but I never get to the point of choosing where to save it. Then I get an Operation Timed Out error message. I've tried numerous times.
It took me forever to get the app to work to even get the photos transferred and now that i did i can't get them onto my pc.

Thanks for posting your problem here. I'm sorry you are having problems using the app. Can you tell us what web browser are you using? Also, how many photos are you trying to transfer? I would recommend you to try to select less photos to transfer at one time just to see if the problem persists. Try transferring 10 or 20 and see if you are able to transfer those. Let us know when you try this so we can continue helping you discovering where the issue is. I will be glad to help.
