Hi Steve,

Thanks for your post. Yes, we are aware of the issues with iOS5 beta 6 and we are working on an update for iOS5. Apple is continuously changing things on each beta so we are waiting for the final release of iOS5 to submit an update.

Thanks again for your feedback!

Best regards,

Enrique

Hi Luiz,
I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. So, did you try changing the settings as recommended on the first post? If yes, can you tell us what type of images are you trying to transfer, are they very large high resolution images? I would also recommend to try transferring in smaller batches to see if that helps. Another suggestion is to always run the native 'Photos' app before starting a transfer to make sure that the photo database is up to date.
I hope this helps!

Enrique

Hello, Thanks for posting your comment here. The iPad supports only a few video codecs so it is likely that the video that you are trying to upload was created using a codec that the iPad can't recognize. What is the source of the video that you are trying to upload? One thing you may want to try is to first convert the video to M4V using a tool like 'Handbrake" (http://handbrake.fr/) and then try to transfer the video again. I hope this helps!

Hi Lynette,

Thanks for posting your question here. To select multiple photos you need to press the 'Ctrl' key and then click on the different photos that you want to transfer. First, you need to click the 'Upload' photos button, then, press the Ctrl key and then select the photos that you want to transfer using the mouse.

I hope this makes sense. Let us know if you have any other question or comment. We will be glad to help.

Best regards,

Enrique

Photo Transfer App
Hello,

Thanks for posting your question here. Are you transferring from iPhone to computer or from iPhone to another device? The photos should be transferred in the order that they are selected. If you transferred them to your computer then you can order them in the destination folder on the computer.

The location information of the photos is preserved while transferring your photos. The photos are transferred at full resolution, they are not changed or modified in anyway.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Enrique

Dear John,

I will be more then happy to assist you.

To transfer from iPhone to Mac (or vice versa) you need to have the app installed on your iPhone only, you don't need to install anything on your computer actually. If the app is installed on your iPhone you just need to make sure that your computer and your iPhone are connected to the same wifi network and then you need to go to the address provided inside of our application using any web browser installed on your computer like Safari, Firefox or other browsers.

Here are some instructional videos found on our website on how to transfer from iPhone to computer: http://www.phototransferapp.com/

I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can help you further.

Kind Regards,

Enrique

Dear Richard,

Thanks for posting your question here. Are you getting an error when trying to transfer the videos? How long are they? If they are longer than 5 minutes I can send you some instructions on how to transfer long videos. Let me know. I will be happy to help.

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for posting your question here. That's strange, have you tried selecting other photos? Does the problem occur regardless of what photos you select? We haven't seen this before so it would be very interesting to know what type of photos you are trying to transfer.

WinRar allowed you to extract the files with no problems? If it is possible it would be great if you could send us a sample zip file to our support email so we can talk a closer look: support [at] phototransferapp [dot] com.

Dear Vincent,

Thanks for posting your problem here. The iPhone 4S takes videos in 1080p resolution and the Ipad 2 is capable of playing them only when running iOS5, 1080p playback is not supported on iOS4. Please update your iPad to use iOS5 so you can transfer and play videos from your 4S.

I hope this helps you. Please let us know if you have any other question or comment.

Kind regards,

Enrique
