"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Purchased App today. Love it, when working. I have managed to move photos between PC and iPad in both directions. However I'm facing two issues; first the App on PC has to be reopened each time to prevent "Internet Explorer cannot...."
Diagnostics says: "10.0.1.3 is not set up to establish a connection on port "8080" "

When is was working, the App only recognized some of my pictures (same size, type, camera etc). One picture that I wanted, the App couldn't 'see'. When 'ticked' the picture simply didn't load. I can't go into details about that issue as the App will not open at all on PC now; giving same Explorer issue.

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Can you post to me the full IP address you are inserting into the address bar of your web browser? Also are you on a home wifi network or a public wifi network? If you are on a public wifi network you might want to try and refresh your routers connection by turning it off for 10seconds and then turning it back on. Also make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer.

Can you also try in a different web browser like FireFox or Google Chrome?

As far as the photos not recognizing. Where they taken with your iDevice? Or modified in any software? Note that our app only accepts JPG, PNG and GIF formats for photos.
