error - photos_zip couldn't be downloaded

The only error that I receive is 'photos_zip couldn't be downloaded'. There is no other error of message. I have winzip installed. This morning I tried again and have an additional problem. When I run your app on my iphone 4s, I list the albums to download including the camera roll. It says there are 0 photos on the camera roll. When I select the camera roll it says 'This album contains no photos'. However, when I look directly at the camera roll onthe iphone I can see that there are 420 photos on the camera roll. So the problem is getting even more frustrating. Are you able to advise please.

I am sorry you are having additional issues. Please note that Apple does not allow you to transfer an entire album. You can only transfer the content within it. So you have to tap on the album and then select the photos you wish to transfer.

Are your photos in a JPG, GIF or PNG format? Where they edited or modified?

I would recommend closing out our app then launch your photos app first then launch our app. This will refresh your photo(s) library.

I am sorry you are having issues with the app, I will be happy to help you.

When you right click and select to download the zip file do you receive any error message? If so, what is it? Or is it just photos_zip couldn't be downloaded?

What program are you using to unzip the files? You should use your default program but if it continues to give you issues you can download winRAR. Its a free zipping program. It will ask you to buy the full edition but you do not have to!
