the http address went no where

I set up the http address as given and the site would not come up. This was June 17th. I saw two others who had the same issue. I was set up my device uses the same router. My router is from CLEAR and is like a hotspot. I use it for all gadgets that work automatically when I add them to this system. But what's with teh http address not available.... what is the alternative. Very frustrated.

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Have you tried restarting your router (hotspot)? To give it a fresh connection? Make sure that your device is connected to the same wifi network as your computer and make sure you keep the app launched while you attempt to transfer.

Have you tried using a different web browser like google chrome or firefox? Can you show me the IP address you are inserting into the web address bar of your web browser?

Shut down and then restarted the computer, used Chrome and Internet Explorer to try to connect and get and error message. Plugged my phone in with my address and worked perfectly.

Restarting the router made no difference. His phone still receiving internet and messages...Her is the IP address that is on his phone that we have been trying to use...http://192.168.1.104:8080
