problem with transfer with windows 8

I am using the desktop app for windows 8 with the app on my ipad. They recognize each other and I can see select pictures on my computer to transfer from the ipad to the pc but they never do transfer.

Make sure you keep the app running and connected while you attempt to make the transfer. When you try to transfer your photos from the Windows 8 App to your iPad do you receive any indication that the transfer was successful? Or are there any error messages?

Did you look in your camera roll and/or album(s) that you've chosen to transfer the photos too?

Thank you for responding but the problem is non camera roll photos on my Ipad that I want to put on my PC. Like I said they show up fine on the dessk top app but they never appear in the windows 8 photo section. thanks

Hi Buddy,

I'm sorry you keep having issues with the app. You may want to use the web interface of our app to see if the photos appear there. Normally all photos should show up from all albums including the camera roll. When you use the web interface you can select the photos on your device using the app on your iPad and then go to the address provided by the app to download them to your Windows computer.
