Image transfer will not stay open on my iPad2. As soon as I touch the icon to open it, it closes in half a second. Suggestions?

Thank you for posting your question with us, I will be happy to assist you! I am sorry you are having problems with the app!

What version of our app are you running on your iPad2? Make sure that you are running the latest version which is 4.01. Also what iOS are you running on your iPad2? Please note that our app transfers directly from device to computer and your images/videos are not saved anywhere in between.

I would recommend that you force quit the app. Double tap on your home button, tap and hold on our app until it wiggles and tap on the red "-" that appears. This will force quit the app. Launch your photos app first then launch our app and see if the app crashes.
