App doesn't find my videos on my iPad! Please help!

I want to transfer photos and videos from my ipad to my Windows 8 PC. It worked PERFECTLY for my photo transfer (thank you very much!! ), but the App finds photos only on my iPad, not my videos! How do I get the app to find my videos on my iPad?

Hello Marie,

Thanks for contacting us here, I will be happy to assist you! I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with our app.

When you open our app on your iPad and scroll through your albums or camera roll, your videos that where taken with the device should show up in your camera roll. Please note that our app cannot grab from your videos folder. It can only grab them from the photos app.

Have you looked through your camera roll? Did you take your videos with your iPad? or did you sync/transfer them from another device?

Thank you Amber for your quick response! My iPad is 1st generation and doesn't take photos or videos. My videos are in my video folder, therefore you have answered my question, thank you!
