videos from iphone 4s, downloaded usiing photo transfer are framing when played in windows

videos i downloaded using photo transfer app are frame badly or when played in any player (real player, quicktime,media player etc). whats wrong?

Did you edit the videos with any app or software? Our app transfers your videos over without modifying them so they should be how they appear on your device.

Have you made sure you are using the latest version of Quicktime?
