My PC finds my iPad, but shows no photos in files so I can transfer from iPad to PC. When I use my browser it works fine, except for videos of course. Ideas?

When downloading mvi file over 100mb from PC using the browser function, the file downloads ok from the PC but the app crashes when the transfer to the iPad part starts.

I have i-Pad4 64GB and PC with Windows 7 64bit. I can transfer photos to my i-Pad with the Apple photo App, but additional transfers will delete earlier Album. Will this App of yours allow multiple Albums on my iPad with editing (move, delete) facility.

When I transfer photos from iPad3 the file name, date, attributes are transferred but the photo is 0 kilobytes and there is NO photo actually transferred.
Windows 7 - it worked perfectly for awhile then no matter what I did it ends up as empty files

Uploading from my imac to my iphone or ipad no longer works. I can connect just fine and transfer photos from my iphone and ipad to my imac, but not the otherway around, the status wheel just spins and says uploading photo but it never uploads.

The app has been purchased and downloaded to my iPad. Although it says app is installed, nothing is visible except the 4 intro pages. 'About' and 'Help' buttons do not function and link to Photo Transfer App site is inoperable.

My primary photo album is called Photo Library. But the application doesn't see this album. It only sees the Camera Roll album. How can I fix this?

Everything is downloaded installed etc etc on my iPad and PC. Everything looks like it is working perfectly but the pictures never show up in the folder on my PC

This app is not allowing me to transer PHOTOS, only the ALBUMS. How do I access the PHOTOS on my IPAD? I am trying to transfer videos made, found in my PHOTOS file on my IPAD, into my windows PC.

You really need to add the requirement to enable Location Services in the app on the basic (iDevice to Mac) help page. Folks shouldn't have to search and search to discover this info when their albums don't display after connection.
