Problems downloading video from IPhone 4s to PC Vista and Widows 7

Downloading video from Iphone4s to PC running Windows 7 64bit getting video but no sound (Progress bars : bottom empty Top progresses.} same on QuickTime Windows Media player and VLC player. On Pc running Vista 32 was getting sound but no video However that seems to be better now although sometimes video is only partial Uploading to Iphone seems to be working ok Any ideas?? router? or some incompatibility? or?

Ok problem with Win 7 figured out (had a usb microphone in one of usb jacks which was cutting out the sound Still some fragmentation of video on Vista

Great, I am glad that it is working on Windows 7. Are you still having issues with Vista?

Our app doesn't modify your videos when they are transferred to/from your device to computer. Did you try making sure that your Quicktime was updated?
:)

Note: Our app sends videos to the Photos App. Apple does not allow our app to read or write content to the videos app.
