I'm using Photo Transfer on an iPhone 6 Plus and a Unibody Macbook Pro 15".  Discovery of device works fine.  "Show Backup Status" is enabled.  However, previously transferred photos are all marked as "NOT checked".  Hence, I have to manually select the files I "think" have been added since the last transfer.  As I'm taking photos more frequently with the iPhone 6 Plus, this has become a problem with me initiating duplicate copies all of the time.  

Is there something I need to do to correct this situation?

When running on a Mac. After I open app and discover a device the Mac starts to connect then just crashes.

Why is the app so large? my current iCloud backup says it's 460MB!

All it's supposed to do is shift the piccys from A to B, not replicate/store them

Suddenly there's a problem: All photos (498 at this count) used to transfer from iPad to iMac. Now it's just the last 79. The search field only shows "Last 100," not 1st, 2nd, or 3rd hundred as it used to. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing to solve the problem. Please advise.

The desktop app does not show the gallery of my Tiny Planets app as well as Aviary app. Interestingly it shows the app Snapseed. Can you tell me what I can do to transfer the images I created in Tiny Planets to my desktop?

I have paid for the photo transfer app on itunes. It will not sync from iTunes to my iPad. I cannot download it on my iPad from the URL, it says wrong address. Any suggestions?

App displays iPhone photo albums, but won't display or load individual thumbnails for me to select which to download. I have transferred thousands of jpegs from iPhone 5s and iPadAir to my Mac successfully, but the latest updates have changed all of that. Now, the desktop app recognizes my iPhone and displays all of my photo albums, but when I click on my Camera Roll (for instance) it won't load the individual thumbnails for me to select which to download to my Mac. Help please!!!

I am trying to upload photos and video from my iPad (IOS 8.1.2) to my Google Drive (plenty of space available) from a shared photo stream but as soon as I select the shared photo stream folder, the photo transfer app crashes. I have already uploaded another shared photo stream without any problems except that the photo transfer app does not show the videos that are in the shared photo stream folder (so that they can be selected) which seems to be another problem. I do not have iCloud photo library turned on, so that is not the issue. Please help me resolve these issues. Thank you in advance.

I just transferred over 200 photos from iMac to ipad. The transition went well, but they are totally scrambled. Not in backwards order as others have complained about. They are randomly arranged. This is very frustrating, as I want to show my vacation photos to friends. Must I now spend an hour or more rearranging?

Trying to download from a 1st Gen iPad IOS 5.x) to a Windows desktop. It seems like I'm connected but keep getting error saying make sure version is up to date on device. Cannot see thumbnails but I do see the folders. My device is visible and the folders even show a photo but can't backup or select photos within the folder.  Help! New user
