Very large backup size?

Thanks for contacting us. We've made some tests and we found a bug that is preventing some files to be deleted from the documents folder after the transfer is over. We've solved the issue and we will be pushing an update within the next few days. I sincerely apologize for this issue. In the meantime what you can do is to simply delete the app from your device and install it again, that will clear the storage space taken by it. You will not be charged again to install the app on your device.

Whatever happened with this issue? There is an extra 2.4gb of storage associated with this app on my iPad 2, and I can't figure out where the extra files live or how to delete them.

I will be happy to help you! Sense our last communication with you, there's been several updates to our app as well as the iOS.

What iOS are you running and what version of our app are you running? Make sure you are running the latest version of our app. After you transfer photos with our app and then close out the app, it should delete those temporary files automatically.
