Not all photos transfer from iPad —>iMac
Suddenly there's a problem: All photos (498 at this count) used to transfer from iPad to iMac. Now it's just the last 79. The search field only shows "Last 100," not 1st, 2nd, or 3rd hundred as it used to. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing to solve the problem. Please advise.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems. Are you running on iOS8 on your iPad? Did you recently changed something on the configuration of your device? And did you enable 'iCloud Photo Library' by any chance? Let me know.
Perhaps you can try to simply restart your device just to make sure that everything is refreshed.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Enrique

Yes, I'm running the latest build of iOS8 on all my iPads (Air 2; one iPad model MD513LL/A; and one iPad Mini [which I don't use for photography]). Also I'm running Yosemite on my iMac. The same problems appear on both iPads. For instance this morning I was testing the iPad Air 2 (which I use specifically as a camera), which had 18 images in the Photos app. Of those 18, only 7 appeared on my computer. On the other iPad, of about 500 images, only 77 appeared. It is as if there's something limiting the transfer of images from iPad to iMac. This is really distressing, because I have a photo shoot coming up this Thursday evening. I really need for PTA to work, otherwise I won't be able to do any post production, unless I actually email the images to the computer via DropBox or somesuch. {:-0
You mention configuration changes. What kind of configuration changes are you thinking of? And yes, the iCloud Photo Library is activated.
Not only have I restarted each device (a few times), but I have both uninstalled and reinstalled the PTA app on my iPads and my iMac several times, all to no avail.
Did these problems appear with the advent of iOS8?
ALSO -- I just discovered (2/17/15, 9 am) that trying to use the browser doesn't work. The pages simply do not load. It's as if there is something wrong with your servers.
Please advise.
Leonard
UPDATE, 2/17/15, 6 pm, PST: Sadly, I am forced to go to DropBox, at least until you have solved the problems. {:-(
I'm sorry for not responding earlier. We are actually on the last steps to finish our latest update of the app and I thought it would be awesome if you can test the pre-release version of the updated app to know if this problem is fixed. We would be very thankful if you can help us testing the app. We would only need to know the email associated to your iTunes account so we can send you an invite to the pre-release program. You can send it to us to our support email: support [at] phototransferapp.com
My apologies again and thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Enrique
