Just downloaded the macbook desktop version as well as the iPhone one. What is this???

When I open the "Photos" app on my iPhone, I see 2 albums: "Camera roll" and "Photo library." Only "camera roll" (and the related "filter videos) appears as an album on my Mac. Any idea why "Photo library does not appear and how I can use the "photo transfer app" back it up?

I'm trying to upload photos from the iCloud photo sharing portion in the photo app on my iPhone 5 running iOS 8 to a PC running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. Whenever I try to access one of the shared "albums" on the iPhone app the app crashes.

This happens both when I use the PC app or the web page on the PC. I've tried restarting both the iPhone and the PC. I can upload photos from albums, e.g. "recently added."

Help?

Using either the iphone 5 or the iPad 2 and trying to transfer to my Windows 7 PC or Windows 8 PC - The phone/ipad and either of the computers make a connection (only one I device and one PC at a time).  Can download after several reconnects from 2 of my albums but photos in the third album (photo stream) WILL NOT transfer - Get error message that devices are not connected even though can see pictures - The photo Stream album does not show pics at all - can make selections but no transfer or viewing of even 1 pic.  I am on the same router - WIFI - cannot transfer even between phone and PC via the URL address  iphone ipad are on most current iOS 8.1.1

both apps on IPAD and PC confirm that they are connected to each other. IPAD shows progress in sending, but the progress bars on PC remain empty. After some minutes the photo transfer app on PC shows status "not responding." I restarted now three times, each time same story. I am close to smashing my IPAD on the wall for forcing me wasting my time like this. Any suggestions?

When I transfer pics from iPad to pc they reverse or flip( everything is backwards). Any solution for this please. Cheers

I have used the windows 7 app for several months, but it has now stopped working. When I try to open the program I get a new window with the photo transfer app icon but nothing else. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but with no success. I am running windows 7 64bit.

Is there a way to share only one folder in your Google Drive with Photo Transfer? I don't like Photo transfer having access to my entire Drive. Thoughts? I'm loving how easy this app is!

What does back up option does? I mean, does it copy the entire image library to a folder or it save as 1 files?

Program works between i6 cell and iPad.  App is installed on mac. When I do discover on mac it finds both  cell and iPad but they have a ? in front of them and mac won't communicate with them.  They are all on the same wifi. Have rebooted all of them.
