Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to assist you with our app.

Our app can only see the photos that are stored in your photos app / camera roll. It can't grab photos from other apps within those apps. If you can somehow save those images to your Camera roll / photos app then our app should be able to transfer those photos.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or troubles with the app in transferring them!
