App crashes when selecting shared photo stream folder

I am trying to upload photos and video from my iPad (IOS 8.1.2) to my Google Drive (plenty of space available) from a shared photo stream but as soon as I select the shared photo stream folder, the photo transfer app crashes. I have already uploaded another shared photo stream without any problems except that the photo transfer app does not show the videos that are in the shared photo stream folder (so that they can be selected) which seems to be another problem. I do not have iCloud photo library turned on, so that is not the issue. Please help me resolve these issues. Thank you in advance.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the issue you are having. We are actually very close to finish the next update of the app which should fix the problem you described with shared folders. We would love your feedback of the new update to make sure this issue is closed on this update.

If you can help us testing the app then I would just need to know the email you use for your iTunes account and then I will send you an invite to the beta program so you can download the update to your device. This issue should have been resolved on the latest update of our app (5.0). Please go ahead and install the new update and let us know if you have other questions or comments. Sorry about the delay.
