Windows desktop applications not showing any photos
Hello:
I have installed photo transfer windows application on Windows 7 PC, PC and iPhone on same WiFi network. Application successfully discovers my iPhone. I went through selecting photos from iphone, and it shows connected to my PC but desktop application never shows photos.
I have tried going through using web browser and it works fine I can instantly see photos and can download it, but not via application.
Can someone help me with desktop issue.

Big problem with loading pictures
Good evening, I just bought this app but I'm having problems with picture loading on both devices.
I have download the latest version of the app, 4.0
I have the new ipad 3 running ios 5.1.1 and iphone 4s running ios 5.1.1
On both devices i can't switch on the localization service because the app is not in the list.
It doesn't appear on the list of the installed app also.
If I try to select pictures it appears "loading albums" and goes on for a long long time but nothing appens.
Refreshed the albums but nothing
Any ideas?

older iPad not working with the app
i downloaded the app to my ipad mini no problem , but i downloaded it to an older 4.3.1 iOS on my older iPad and it is not functioning on the ipad 4.3.1

Problem installing app on my IPad.
I installed this app on both my iPhone and iPad,iPhone is ok,but the page on my iPad is frozen, I can only see the instruction and move them,my iPad version is4.3.5. I try to reinstall many times but still the same, please help me.

iPhone 5 to Windows 7 PC Problem - Only 0kb Files Show Up
OK, I'm having two problems. One, when I try to transfer a video from my iPhone 5 (running iOS 6.1.2) to my Windows 7 PC, the transfer seems to be successful, but all I have on my PC is a 0 kb file - obviously nothing there. Secondly, when I try to transfer between my iPhone 5 and my iPad 3 (running iOS 6.1.2), I will try to select photos or videos to send, but always get an error on the iPhone that says "Error There has been a problem loading the albums" Help please!!!!!!!!!!!

video transfer not possible?!
When I try to upload video from pc to ipad, there is no recognition of my video files so not possible. It only allows photo transfer. How can I transfer video to ipad?

Installing Photo Transfer App on Windows Computer
I purchased your app today and it is now on my iPhone & iPad. When trying to install the app on my desktop via http://www.phototransferapp.com/win I click on free download and see a prompt for winzip thanking me for my purchase and / or asking for my registration code (which I don't remember). I already have winzip and just want to have your app on my desktop so I can upload my photos from my iPad and iPhone.

App won't transfer video
I can't transfer videos from pc to ipad. The app doesn't recognise my video files, only my photo's - when I browse in my video folder, it is blank. How can I do this?
