Weekend special price

I purchased your app yesterday from the iTunes app store. The first sentence of the description indicated that the price for the weekend was $1.99, but I was charged $2.99. I have contacted Apple, but they referred me to you.

What time did you purchase the app? The weekend special finished automatically yesterday (Sunday) at midnight PST. It is possible that during a few minutes the message was still appearing while the price had already changed. Unfortunately we don't have control over this - we schedule price changes via the iTunes system and sometimes it takes a few minutes for the price/description changes to be reflected across the iTunes servers. Please email us to support [at] phototransferapp [dot] com so we can see other possible options to resolve this.

I purchased it last night before midnight PST since I'm on Central time and I believe that would have been 2:00 a.m. here if I'm not mistaken and I certainly wasn't up that late! My iTunes receipt is also dated 03/10/2013. I wonder if changing to Daylight Savings Time may have caused the error. Anyway, it's only $1.00 so it's not that important, but I figured other people might have had the same problem and Apple wasn't helping and told me to contact you. At this point it is not worth any more of my time, but at least you are aware of the situation. Thanks.
