Refund request. How do I go about getting a refund for my purchase?

I purchased this app with the expectation that I could not only transfer full resolution images, but view them as well. Any full res image I transfer still looks like garbage on my screen. I cannot find any work around or documentation. Your feature list states "Transfer photos in full resolution, photos are not reduced in quality as with other apps" however it fails to mention that this is pointless because you cannot view images at full res on your device.

My ipad had photos in albums, but when i transferred them, all the albums were lost, and the photos were transferred as one big file. how do I transfer each album from one ipad to another?

I am running photo transfer app on both iPhone and MBP but when I click on the iPhone, it says: Please authorize your device....
HOW DO I AUTHORIZE THE IPHONE??

Wanting to do some editing of photos that are stored on my PC server i purchased this program thinking i could sit at my Ipad and transfer photos from my server, then edit them, but this photo transfer app cannot do that? or am i missing something? I dont even care what kind of folder it gets placed in. But i would love to see my photos from my home network server and be able to transfer them that way. I'm not interested to send photos to my ipad from a computer.

I just downloaded the app to my older iPad (IOS 4.3.5). I can't get beyond the "thanks for installing the app" pages. It won't close or go to the actual transfer pages. My other iPad knows the first one is connected, but we can't proceed with the transfer.

I bought this App a few days ago,then transfer to & from PC & IPad was no problem.
After I updated my IPad to Version 6.1.3 then the 2 devices could not communicate. Is you App not match with the Apple New Version. Urgent!

How do I transfer photos from iPhoto on my computer to iPhoto on my iPhone? The iPhoto format on my computer keeps me from seeing the individual photo file.

i am trying to transfer video to my ipad using both the desktop app and the browser transfer. it is video I shot with the ipad and yet I am getting an error message to say cannot load the file as format may not be compatible. Can you please offer any suggestions here?
