Windows desktop applications not showing any photos
Hello:
I have installed photo transfer windows application on Windows 7 PC, PC and iPhone on same WiFi network. Application successfully discovers my iPhone. I went through selecting photos from iphone, and it shows connected to my PC but desktop application never shows photos.
I have tried going through using web browser and it works fine I can instantly see photos and can download it, but not via application.
Can someone help me with desktop issue.

I would like to recommend the following solutions:
1. Make sure you are connected to the same wifi network and that you keep the app running while you attempt to discover your devices. Tap on "discover devices" a few times to make sure your iPhone is in fact discovered. If you continue to have problems, close out our app, close out the desktop app, launch your photos app first then launch our app and the desktop app. Discover your devices and try again.
2. Make sure you are on the latest version of Adobe Air: http://get.adobe.com/air/

If you are still running iOS5 then open the 'Settings' app and then open 'Location Services' and then make sure that our app is turned ON (this is a requirement from Apple to be able to read photos on iOS5 since your photos may be geo-tagged).

I am connected to same wifi network.
I do keep App running.
Iphone always gets discovered no issues there.
I have various combination, launching iphone app first then desktop app and vice versa but I cannot see photos on desktop app.
Let me try to update adove air first and let you know.

Did you verify the location services settings (iOS5) or the privacy setting on the link provided (http://phototransferapp.com/help/ios6...)? Most likely the issue is there. Let us know.
