Albums and Photos on iPad don't show up
I just downloaded and installed Photo Transfer App on my iPad and my iMac. I am able to connect to the iPad using the interface on the computer, but there is nothing listed under "albums on selected device". I have the same problem when accessing throught the web interface. No problem connecting, but no pictures show up to transfer.
There are about 1600 pics and 10 albums on my iPad, so I'm confused. It's a First gEn iPad running iOS 5.1.1. Any ideas would be appreciated

Downloaded the app, used it once OK, I somehow lost it from my Dock and it won't open from finder
I used the app once, iphone to imac all good, I then lost the icon from my dock, tried to open the app on Finder but will not open. Tried to download again but can't says installed, what next

Transfer to ipad 1
Will the app transfer from iphone 4s (6.1.3) to ipad 1 running 5.1.1? On the App store Customer Review section, Utah Ron says it doesn't.

Copying from iMac to iPad only works via web app, not via Mac app.

Problem with video playback
I just bought this app for my iPad (3rd gen) and was really excited since it can I could move not only photos but videos to my PC. HOWEVER, when it came to playing videos back on the VLC media player I use, the quality was terrible - sort of like a series of Impressionist paintings. Is there something different I need to be doing?
