Transferring jpg file from OSX (original jpg imported from iphone 3GS). The App will error prompt while saving that jpg file format is not compatible and then prompt to continue but nothing happened after that so have to cancel out. Yes the resolution(2000+ x 3000+) of the photo are 2Meg in size but to prevent it from saving to the target ios device and hang there without a timeout during the save process is a bug that need to be address. Hello!

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

It could be because of the large size of your photo. Did you happen to modify it with any software? or is it just the raw file?

When you transfer photos from computer to iDevice they are saved, on your phone, in sequential order that you selected them on the computer.

We appreciate your feedback, thank you!

Kind Regards,

Amber

Hello,

One extra question is what version of iOS are you running on your device, some photos were having trouble when using 4.0 and 4.1 but things got better when iOS5 was released. Let us know.

You can also try this: Open the 'Settings' app on your device and scroll all the way down until you find our app ("Transfer") then turn ON the 'Use old saving APIs' and then try the transfer again to see if that helps.

Let us know how it goes.

Kind regards,

Enrique
