Trouble getting photo transfer to recognize I pad and photos on computer

My photo transfer app has worked perfectly until today. I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions to no avail. The computer is having trouble identifying my ipad and when it finally does it will not show any of the albums that are on the ipad. I have tried manual download and that doesn't,t work. I haven't updated to iOS 8

Hello Amber
Thank you your suggestion to restart the wifi router. It worked straight away.
I thought I had turned the the wifi router off but it was the modem.
Thank you again.
I have found the photo transfer app excellent.

I would like to recommend that you restart your wifi router which should clear all network connections and hopefully fix the issue you are experiencing with our app.
