The ap is in my itunes on my mac, but when I click nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Did you unzip the .zip file for the desktop app, then from there you need to run the phototransferapp.exe file. This will install our desktop app to your computer.

When you attempt to open the Windows app, what happens?

One extra hint for this: If you are trying to install the app on your mac go to this link where you will have a link to the Mac App Store to download the app for your computer:
