it worked great just onece. it took 10 pictures now all it does is pretend to download them.

I really want his to work. i have a gateway computer and and apple ipad air. why wont it work any more/ I have3 thousands of pics on my computer i want to move over.

I would like to recommend closing out our app and launching your photos app first and then launch our app again and see if that alleviates the issue you are experiencing with our app.

Also, are you on the same wifi network as before when the app was working?
