Can I download the photos in bulk instead of one by one?

Jen 11 years ago 2
Going from iPhone to Windows computer. It has the option to download each picture seperately, but I want to do a download all - and not sit here clicking "save as" 200 times. How?
Also, an important note is that you can use our desktop app to backup all photos in your device or in one specific album:

Hope this helps you!

Hello Jen,

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to assist you!

iPhone to Computer: There is a Select All button at the top of our app when you are selecting your photos to transfer. So when you choose the photos you want to transfer, just tap on "select all". This should select the photos on that page to transfer.

From computer to iPhone: To select multiple photos to upload from computer to your iDevice you need to press the 'Ctrl' key on windows or the 'Apple' key on mac as you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer. Pressing this key will allow you to select and transfer multiple photos at one time.

We have prepared an instructional videos on our website which can be found here: www.phototransferapp.com

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you continue to have problems.

Kind Regards,

Amber
