Not showing all my photos or videos!

Just to add, my ipad is up-to-date, I have restarted my ipad, and now only 27 of my photo's are showing , enabled everything etc.
What is going on????????? Not happy at all!!!!!!!

I am having this same problem.  There are photos that I can move to my mac but I can not delete.  I select them in the app and the trashcan appears.  I select it, it prompts me If I am sure that I want to delete the pictures, I confirm, and then it says that I need to confirm on phone, however, that confirmation never happens and the app returns to previous state.  I do believe that these have been synced by iTunes considering that they are old.

What version of our app are you running? Only the latest version of our app ( and desktop app ) can you use the "delete" feature that we've implemented.

Can you verify the versions?

My apologies for the delay in response back to you! I'm sorry you are having trouble with the app!

1. The photos that are not appearing, where they all taken with the device or did you sync these with iTunes?
2. The videos, are they all stored in the camera roll / photos app? Please note our app cannot grab videos out of the "videos app".
