How do you get all thumbnails to load completely?

Installation went fine, however some thumbnails do not load completely when attempting to transfer from my iPhone 5 to my Mac. All software is completely up to date (7.04) & Maverick. Location services are all enabled and Transfer app has been given access to photos. I restarted Mac and iPhone after install just to make sure, after which problem still persists. Help!

What are the sizes of your photos that you are trying to view on your iPhone? Did you take them on your iPhone? Also, are you using our web browser or the desktop app to transfer and is it in those applications of our app your not seeing your photos properly? Or is it within our app directly?

I would recommend closing out our app, launch your photos app first and then launch our app on your iPhone again and then attempt to transfer your desired photos. Please let me know if the thumbnails continue to load in error.
