Authorization required, the device “VIRUS-EXT” is trying to connect” What is that?? I cannot move forward from this point.

Just downloaded the macbook desktop version as well as the iPhone one. What is this???

When are you getting that message? Is it when you try to connect from your Macbook? Also, are you connected to a home wifi network or a public wifi network?

The authorization message will appear when you try to connect from a computer or another device to your iPhone to transfer photos. Please let us know some more information about your setup and we will be happy to help.
