app not working as it should between IPAD and Windows 7

both apps on IPAD and PC confirm that they are connected to each other. IPAD shows progress in sending, but the progress bars on PC remain empty. After some minutes the photo transfer app on PC shows status "not responding." I restarted now three times, each time same story. I am close to smashing my IPAD on the wall for forcing me wasting my time like this. Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting your question here. I will be happy to assist you. I am sorry you are having trouble with the app.

I would like to recommend that you please close our app, turn off/on your device and then turn it back on and attempt to discover your devices and then transfer. How many photos are you wanting to transfer?

Also, what type of router / wifi are you on? Is it a solid connection? Make sure you are as close to your wifi router as possible when attempting to make the connection between your devices.
