photo thumbnails not showing on Mac

Tried Photo Transfer yesterday and it worked first time. Today it asked me to purchase app for samsung S4, which I did do. When I opened app on S4 and Macbook, device shows up, but photo albums appear and I cannot view content to select individual files.

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to help you with our app!

If you recently updated our app I would like to recommend that you please close out our app, turn off/on your device and try once more to view your albums. Make sure you have the app running when you attempt to transfer between devices.

Also are you going from Android to Mac? Or Mac to Android?

Amber, I tried again today, both options. Cannot see photos that are in folders. I can transfer the whole folder but I only want to select individual pix.

My apologies for the delay in response back to you! Is there any way that you could attach a screenshot of what you are seeing that way I can get an idea of what might be going on?

If you tap on our app, tap send/receive, then hit "select" it should launch your albums to allow you to transfer when going from Android to Mac.

Please let me know if you can get a screen shot !
