Privacy information
I live in Canada and I am just wondering if the files being transferred are being stored on this server used to shuttle images through? I am just concerned about privacy.

Pix not actually saved on computer..why...why...why?
Why can we only view the photos in the computer and not actually save the photos? Why do we always have to go to the Ip address to view the photos? Viewing the photos is also hard because we can't even rotate the photos. Why...why...why?

I'm Already on the same Wi-Fi Network
Ive Checked my Setting in the actual iPhone under the Photo Transfer App
And it will begin to connect but then will freeze and say there was a error and Return to Home Screen Via iPhone.

My iPhone to computer transfer worked first time but now zip files cannot be opened and sometimes not found. Also phone appears to tfr but then returns to "ready to tfr" page as does the computer. Worked great first time!!
I absolutely love this app! The first time I attempted to tfr from iph4, it worked GREAT!! Now two days later on 2nd try has caused at least two hrs of troubleshooting, trying everything I could find on your site.

However, now the phone returns to state that the items are "ready for tfr" as seen prior to the tfr. Additionally, the PC screen does the same, even after going thru save or open options. I can locate the tfr'd file, but it will not open. Says several msgs: ...Adobe can't read. Or. Goes to Notepad and obviously won't open.
I've rebooted, re-EVERYTHING! Will not work! HELP! After seeing it work the first time, I was so excited and impressed. Any help would be appreciated!

pictures not there when I select download all photos as zip file
I was able to transfer the videos one by one, but when I select "download all photos as zip file"it only creates a blank folder and no pictures are there.. What am I doing wrong? I'm using an Iphone4..

empty zip file on PC anfter transfer! iOS is updated so that is not the problem!
I get an empty zip file on PC after transfer from Ipad to PC. I do can email my photos from my ipad to myself so that is not the problem. I have 600 photos to transfer. HELP!

error - photos_zip couldn't be downloaded
Error when rightmouse click on 'download all photos as zip file' reads photos_zip couldn't be downloaded. I just downloaded your app tonight so assume it is the latest version, and am running IOS5. Extremely frustrating.

Loading Albums not working on Mac Application
I loaded Photo Transfer App v3.3 on my iPad3 and it works fine using the web interface on my Mac to send and receive files. I loaded v1.0 on my Mac running OS 10.8. I am able to discover my iPad but when I click on it to load the albums it never returns any albums. The "Loading Albums" wheel just keep spinning. Yes I have the app running on the iPad prior to starting the app on my Mac. I have stopped and started both multiple times and I have even power cycled my iPad but the results are the same. What am I missing?
