The Mac app just shows "loading albums" when connected to my iPhone. All devices are connected to the same WiFi, and the Mac app shows all devices running Photo Transfer. It just doesn't actually load the photos and videos from the iPhone to the computer. It transfers from the IP address just fine, but I'd rather not go that route.

Purchased app and it will not download on to iPad. It continues to say waiting. Downloaded on iPhone fine. May need refund due to not being able to even use it.

I am transfering photos from Ipad2 to Ipad2 all seems to ok, create folder use bluetooth transfer shows progress and get completeed notice but new folder and photos are not on receiving Ipad Help please

My hard drive failed on my two year old iMac, and I now have a new hard drive thanks to Apple Care (without my photos, except for a few which were on iCloud). All my photos are on my iPhone and my iPad exactly as they were on my iMac. I have been transferring them to my iMac utilizing your wonderful software; however, I have to rename all the faces and add the places, which is time consuming when you have 3800 photos (as I do).

Is there any way to transfer them into iPhoto so they maintain the faces and the places?

hello. After going through the process of selecting a video shot on the iPhone and the transfer process the iPad client basically throws up an error message saying there is a technical problem with the file format being incompatible with the iPad 2. I bought this app tonight.
